A sturdy item, invaluble for hanging heavier pictures. Size is 63mm long, 12mm wide, 2.3mm thick, 20 hooks per pack. J hooks can be either screwed to the wall, or inverted and screwed to the back of the frame. The second method allows them to engage with a rail or a ring fixed to the wall.
